MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of the Ontwa Township - Edwardsburg Police Department to preserve public peace by encouraging community involvement in programs that assure that the Township of Ontwa and the Village of Edwardsburg is safe for everyone.  To support the concepts of community policing in our enforcement and prevention activities and to protect everyone in the community from injury or loss of property.  This is done by being proactive in the detection of crime and the enforcement of all laws and ordinances. 

The Ontwa Township - Edwardsburg Police Department takes great pride in being one of the most up to date and technically advanced departments in Cass County, Michigan.  In this we have set high expectations for all employees and encourage them to give their best to the community that they serve....
